i think this came out very well. tasteful, too, as theres not much unneeded gore but enough to punctuate the message.
also, i commend you on your choice of subject. its almost ignored nowadays its so common.
overall, good job! you are my hero of the day =D

i respect your view on it because you are entitled to it. but so am I.
Not all self injurers do it for attention.... not all self injurers are doing it for a cry of help.
If they were they wouldn't be hiding it.... they would be flaunting it....
They wouldn't be embarrassed of it they would be embracing it.
I don't know your full position on this subject but it isn't what everyone tends to think that it is about.
Great job though. I do think that it gets your point across

BTW I was not trying to knock your work in any way.... simply point out another view on the subject. i hope that I have not offended you.... and I am sorry if I have.
keep up the great work I suppose.

i respectfully disagree with squiter as though it is true that anyone who is really cutting isn't doing it for the attention that doesn't mean they need any less help than the people who do it because it makes them feel cooler. so i'm going to say that i love the message you're sending as i used to cut no i didn't do it to be cool no one knows that i ever did but i really do like this poster.
